Manage billing
Use this page to manage or cancel an active QuantumArc Wallpaper subscription. You must be signed in with the same account used at checkout.
Manage via Creem
Open the customer portal to manage your subscription or cancel it directly.
You will keep access until the current billing period ends unless Creem confirms immediate cancellation.

- If the portal link is unavailable, open it from your receipt or email support@arcwallab.com and we will send it.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. We do not bill again after a cancellation request is confirmed.
- For refunds or billing questions, reply to your receipt or reach the support email above; we respond within 3 business days.
