You may not use QuantumArc Wallpaper to generate or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
4. Intellectual Property
QuantumArc Wallpaper retains ownership of the platform, UI, and brand assets.You retain any rights to prompts and generated assets you create.
5. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled.Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Third-Party Services
We rely on services such as Clerk (authentication) and OpenRouter (AI processing).Their terms apply to your use of those components.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
The services are provided "as-is" without warranties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, QuantumArc Wallpaper is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time.We may suspend access for violations of the Terms or legal obligations.
