Manage or cancel subscription
Use this page to cancel an active QuantumArc Wallpaper subscription. You must be signed in with the same account used at checkout.
Cancel via Creem
We call Creem's Cancel Subscription API on your behalf. If you have multiple subscriptions, this cancels the one linked to your current account.
You'll keep access until the current billing period ends unless Creem confirms immediate cancellation.
Need help?
- If you prefer a portal link, open the Creem customer portal from your receipt or email support@arcwallab.com and we'll send it.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. We do not bill again after a cancellation request is confirmed.
- For refunds or billing questions, reply to your receipt or reach the support email above; we respond within 3 business days.
